Students Celebrate Hero For Zero at Cluckers

Hero For Zero 1On Friday, the PRIDE Team at JHS and Cluckers in Jeffersonville  hosted 50 students for the Hero for Zero Celebration. Students enjoyed lunch while watching some March Madness basketball. To be eligible, students had to have zero office discipline referrals and perfect attendance from January to March. Those students also had to pay $10 and 10 yellow tickets, in order to attend. JHS students have the opportunity to earn yellow tickets every day at school. Teachers and staff give them out to students who are following school rules and exhibiting positive behavior. Students can save up yellow tickets for fun events, like the Hero for Zero Celebrations and teacher auctions, or they can spend their yellow tickets for merchandise and chances for weekly drawings at the Devil’s Den during lunch. Special thank you to Mr. Felix and his team of teachers and students for planning this fun event at Cluckers. Students are anxiously awaiting what will be the next PRIDE event at JHS.
