What Is A Supermarket Sweep?
A “Supermarket Sweep” is a timed run through the grocery store filling your cart with as many groceries as possible before time is up – all at no cost to you. You fill the cart, get it in and the JHS THEATRE DEPARTMENT pays the bill!
Who Does This Fundraiser Benefit?
The Jeffersonville High School Theatre Department has been selected to represent North American high schools by performing at the Annual FRINGE Festival in Scotland in August 2016. The cost is $6,700 per student. This fundraiser will help our students pay the necessary fees to get there.
How Much Is A Ticket?
Participants will receive a FREE TICKET for each $10 donation made to JHS Theatre FRINGE FUND.
How Do I Enter? Where Can I Get A Ticket?
Option 1: Complete the attached order form and return to the address shown with payment
Option 2: Contact any JHS Theatre student who is going to the FRINGE Festival for a ticket

What If I Am Unable To “Run” Thru The Store?
Raffle winner may designate another person to run the timed event, as long as they are 18 years of age or older. The store will be closed to most regular business at the time of the event.
When & Where Is The Event?
The timed run will take place at Sam’s Club located at 1301 Veterans Pkwy. in Clarksville, IN on Sun., April 10, 2016 around 8:30 p.m. Winners will be notified by phone after the live TV drawing on JHS TV station WJHI Digital Channel 12.33 on Thursday, April 7 at 7p.m.
Can I Bring Family And Friends?
Yes! However, only one person may run the event and no other transactions can be completed as the store will be closed.
What Are Some Of The Rules & Limitations?
SAM’S CLUB, JEFFERSONVILLE HIGH SCHOOL THEATRE DEPARTMENT and GREATER CLARK COUNTY SCHOOLS are not responsible for any injury caused during this event. We encourage our winner to proceed through the store quickly, but safely. Items in cart may not be stacked higher than the cart handle bar. However, the bottom rack on cart may be used. ITEMS MUST BE FOOD OR GROCERY ITEMS ONLY. This excludes: alcohol, tobacco, lottery, gift cards, jewelry, clothing, prescriptions, pharmacy items, furniture, household items, paper products, cleaning supplies and electronics. LIMIT OF 2 PER ITEM.
