15 minutes – cone and hurdle drills

20 minutes:

10-8-6-4-2 (50%-60%-70%-80%-90%) Deadlift, put 6 box jumps between each set

10-8-6-4-2 (50%-60%-70%-80%-90%) Squat, put 6 PVC Overhead Squat between each

 

MONDAY WAS A SNOWDAY – KIDS THAT CAME IN DID:

10×1 Bench press EMOM

5×10 Incline Bench – every two minutes for 10 minutes

10 MIN AMRAP – 10 pull ups, 10 GHSU, 10 lateral/front raise
