8minute amrap: 15 toes 2 bar, 15 military press, 15 incline curl/press

8minute amrap: 15 box jump, 16 alternating kettle-bell lunge and press

Warm-up:

:30 kb swing between each of the following- :30 high pull, :30 goblet lunge, :30 bottoms up right, :30 bottoms up left, 2 rounds

 

5-4-3-2-1 close grip bench

5-4-3-2-1 hang clean

8minute amrap: 15 weighted step ups, 15 kb clean and press

8minute amrap: 15 ghbe, 15 incline row, 15 pull ups
